Things To Do in Croatia on Yoga Sailing Retreat
The many faces of Croatia are only enriched by the Yoga sailing combo. Energize at the morning Yoga session, stand at the top of 20m Telascica cliff and breathe in the fresh breeze. Hike up the Kornat Veli and admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the Med. Stroll through the tiny Croatian port villages and enjoy local laid back flair. Eat a sunset dinner at a restaurant on a remote island and feel the bond with your crew, yourself, yoga and nature growing day by day.

Extra Activities
Sailing is fun not only due to the wind, ropes and people who join us. We like to be creative with our time on board. Feel free to suggest even the most crazy of ideas! We like to experiment!
Enjoy the Mediterranean
Remember that the sea is always two steps away. Just take a dive for refreshment and discover the underwater world.
Night Sailing
Set up and keep the watches, helm, avoid obstacles, and take your crew safely through the night.
Progressive dinner
One boat cooks the starters, one boat does the main and one dessert. We all hop from one boat to another and enjoy a full dinner!
Skinny dipping
Well, if you and the crew likes, there is nothing against some swimming without the swimsuit! Freedom!
Jamming
Bring your instruments and let’s sing it out loud! Bottles, winches, cans, clapping and singing is highly encouraged.
Rafting
Rafting is a perfect way to enable crews to mingle. We raft for lunches and sometimes for the night. Go to the other crews and say hello.
Beer O`Clock
When it comes, it comes. A perfectly chilled beer puts out your thirst like nothing else. It also replenishes electrolytes!
Taking dangerous selfies
Floaties help to float but if you don`t take a small one for your phone, hold it firmly 😉
Composing Naleia songs
We always encourage people to do music and some of you surprised us with actually writing some pieces. Thanks!
Snorkelling
Discover what sort of creatures live underwater or how does the boat look from down under.
Climbing the mast
Either underway or at anchor you are free to climb the mast. We actually will give you harness and winch you up, so no worries. It`s safe.
Learning how to swim
We had some people doing their first attempts at swimming at our trips. With life jackets of course!
Water guns
Hopefully not only you brought one along. If not for splashing others, it is very useful to splash your own feet and cool them down from time to time.
Enjoying the water
Dive in and lay back. The salty water will help you to float and enjoy the refreshment.
Dalmatian Peka
Peka is a traditional dish cooked under the cast-iron metal lid for around 3-4 hours. Vegetarian option available!
Regatta
At the end of the week we always try to have a little regatta. Skippers ought to have taught you enough by now to feel confident and safe.
Having a good time
Be yourself, enjoy, meet others and share your holiday time. Our time is precious. Use it well.
Fender flights
Highly dangerous, so only for the agile ones. Fender flights are an exciting way to spend a windless afternoon.
Acro yoga
Some of our participants taught us a bit of Acro Yoga. Learning how to do such a figure took only 20 minutes.
Local farmer markets
All around the med these are still in bloom. Best vegetables and fruits can be bought there along with wines, spirits and many other specialties.
Life On Board
Living on a yacht is a bit different to living in a house. You will live on the blue side of the sea, and have the sea as your backyard. Sailing frees the spirit and strengthens the mind. It decreases privacy, so hiccups, quirks and weaknesses are rapidly exposed. It`s definitely not for everyone, but everyone who tried it learned a lot about themselves. Therefore, do not wait till your life responsibilities anchor you and take the plunge. You are welcome.
People to meet
We are open to anyone who is open. If you are ready to share a yacht for a week, be honest, true and enjoy yourself, join us. We immediately assume you to be a friend and ask you to do the same. We all love exploring the nature and stepping out of our comfort zone to face new experiences. Our sailing trips are about meeting that magical sort of people, Naleians.
